WE ARE Magazine wins silver Px3 award

WE ARE Magazine received a Silver award in the Book - Other category (Professional).

I am absolutely delighted to share that WE ARE Magazine from the RPS Women in Photography Group has won a Silver award in the Book category (Professional) at the Prix de la Photographie, Paris (Px3).

This fantastic news comes right on the heels of our recent honourable mention at the International Photography Awards, where our 248-page April 2026 issue was recognized in the IPA’s Professional, Book – Self-Published category.

Every six months, WE ARE Magazine showcases the brilliant work and perspectives of women photographers around the world. The awarded April issue unites a global collective of female photographers — from students to professionals — across fine art, documentary, portraiture, and more. Highlights include the "40% Project" to document UK women MPs, alongside explorations of historic events, environmental jeopardy, and the weight of illness. You’ll also find celebrations of identity and the rediscovery of the self, plus realities such as photographers' financial precarity.

These back-to-back international recognitions provide the perfect boost as we put the finishing touches to our upcoming October issue.
